These Terms explain the basic rules and safety boundaries for using ForgeFit.
1. Agreement To These Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using ForgeFit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
ForgeFit is provided for personal fitness and nutrition planning.
2. Fitness And Nutrition Planning Only
ForgeFit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention.
Fitness and nutrition decisions can involve risk. Use your judgment, train within your ability, and consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a fitness or nutrition plan when needed.
3. Training Responsibility
You are responsible for training safely, choosing appropriate exercises and weights, using proper form, and stopping if something feels unsafe or painful.
ForgeFit's plans, missions, readiness prompts, XP, badges, and streaks are planning and motivation tools. They do not guarantee any specific result.
4. Nutrition Accuracy
Nutrition values may vary based on brand, ingredients, preparation method, portion size, and source data.
ForgeFit provides sourced estimates for planning and logging, but users should verify values when precision matters.
The app relies on public data sources for food lookup and may not always find every food.
5. Local-First App Data
ForgeFit currently does not require a user account and does not upload profile, workout, meal, coach, or progress history to a Kinorae-hosted backend.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and understanding that deleting the app or erasing local app data may remove locally stored information.
6. Apple Health And Notifications
Apple Health access is optional and read-only in the current version for step count and body weight data. You can manage permissions through iOS settings.
ForgeFit may request permission for local reminders, which are scheduled on device.
7. No Guarantee Of Results
ForgeFit is provided to help with planning, logging, and motivation, but results depend on many factors outside the app.
Kinorae does not guarantee fitness, nutrition, body composition, health, or performance outcomes.
8. Changes And Contact
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ForgeFit after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
