What ForgeFit Does
ForgeFit is a local-first fitness and nutrition planning app with RPG-style progression. It helps users plan workouts, log meals and water, track progress, earn XP and badges, and use a daily readiness check-in.
ForgeFit is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention.
Troubleshooting
- If meal search does not find what you expect, try a more specific food name or brand.
- If Apple Health values do not appear, confirm Health permissions are enabled in iOS Settings.
- If you want to reset the app, use Erase Local App Data in ForgeFit Settings.
- If reminders do not appear, confirm notification permissions are enabled in iOS Settings.
